On the 17th of november i ordered an item to be delivered at the standard delivery charge, by 28th it still had not arrived so i used the traking order service to find that the parcel was put through my letter box on the 19th, this was not the truth, when i contacted very by e-mail, i got the reply that some one would be in contact in the next 6 hours, 4 emails later they said they would refund the money and i would have to reorder the item in the normal way. this was my first order with very and my experience has not been a good one.
