I ordered 2 items yesterday and qualified for next day delivery, which I was pleased about! However, upon receiving my items today there was only ONE ITEM in the package. Now I'm confused as to where my other item is. And I'm shocked that my money has Been taken for 2 items yet I've only received ONE! This is inexcusable!!! I have emailed 5 times and not received any reply. It seems stupid how a company with an advertisement on the television and recognised around the world dont even have a number and can't even afford to pay a couple of people to pick up a phone and sort customers complaints or queries out. It pushes people's patience having to be left in the dark emails can be so easily ignored!
Also the website is very glitchy! Upon entering a promo code of 10% student discount I found that it hadnt Been applied to the total costs and I paid the full amount. This annoyed me too however this was quickly sorted with a quick response, but I STILL have not received the refund of the 10%.
Two bad things in the space of a week. I won't be returning to Missguided in the future. Don't let them "Missguide" you! Xxxxxxxx
