Never Again

The title says it all! Never again would i purchase a phone from the phones4u website.

Firstly - received an email advising that my phone would be delievered by Royal Mail only to come home to find that City Link had tried to deliver it and that they would not try to redeliver it until the following Monday as it was a Friday.

Secondly - Advised that it would take 48 hours to be connected in fact it took 60 hours, however they failed to mention that if you collected your phone from the sorting office after 1pm on a friday it could in fact take until the follow Tuesday to be connected. i only found this out after googling and waiting over overs to be connected.
