I ordered 100quid of goods from MyProtein. The order was apparently sent back by myprotein by the courier company as I didn't collect it in time. Fair Enough.
I emailed MyProtein on Monday and again on Wed to remind you as got no response. Today is Thursday 3 days later I called today and gave up after waiting 15mins on the phone (i have to work).
Why has no one emailed or called me back?.
What kind of customer service it that MyProtein, do you care about your customers? doesn't look like it..
