Never before and may never come across better customer service!

I booked my honeymoon with holidaysplease and specifically Linda Holden. The whole experience from start to end has been an absolute pleasure.

With all the stress of the build up to my wedding, it was easy to give Linda a list of requirements and she was able to put together a fantastic package which reduced the stress on me and my wife. I was hoping to put together a relaxing trip to the Maldives for around 10 days and at a average budget rather than something too extravagant. Despite the budget, I gave Linda a somewhat high list of demands. It was suggested to break the trip up with 3 days in Dubai and 7 in the Maldives and I am glad that we took this option, we were able to benefit from the previous experience shared by Linda. I was at the time, also looking for quotes with other companies and Linda was able to beat 2 competitive quotes in order to give us the best deal. She was in constant contact with us in order to satisfy all our requirements, all of our documents arrived on time and we were also sent a bottle of champagne to congratulate us on our wedding.

The trip was overall very pleasing, however there were a few issues which were addressed immediately by Linda whilst we were on our honeymoon and any further problems were looked at once we were back. The operator of our trip was Thomas Cook Signature and Linda assisted any complaints that we had and remained in constant contact with us with updates and supported our arguements. In the end, there was no real resolution from Thomas Cook Signature, which was a shame, however I was not left too disappointed due to the excellent customer service that we continued to receive from Linda at holidaysplease. The whole experience came to an end when Linda went out of her way to send us both a bottle of sparkling wine and a box of chocolates in a beautiful hamper. This was rather unexpected, however Linda shared our disappointment with the service from Thomas Cook SIgnature and felt the need to address this in some way.

I can honestly say that I have never come across a more determined level of customer service. The consistency and desire to satisfy a customer's needs is something that I did not know existed anymore in the busy world we live in! This may all sound very cheesy but I have no doubt who I will be turning to in order to book my next holiday and I urge my family and friends to go to holidaysplease and ask for Linda Holden the next time they book.
