well where do i START, firstly i ordered a dress on Sunday evening at around ten at night, i ordered NEXT DAY delivery as its for my 18th party which is Saturday so i expected it to be here Tuesday, so it was really important that it came incase i didn't like it on as I've read the quality of miss guided products are awful. Its now Friday and still NO dress, so ive had to go and buy a new dress borrowing money from my boyfriend as they've taken the money out of my account and still no product received so im 40 pound down for something i haven't even received!!!!!!! so ANGRY, emailed 3 times and rang the reception desk where she gave a excuse of there moving offices so there's no contact number and that i would receive a email within that day and that was two days ago if my dress ever comes im sending it back for a refund, absolutely DISGUSTED worst shopping online experience ever, if i had seen the reviews before i ordered the dress i wouldn't of ordered, it's a joke of a business not quite sure how they are still legally aloud to be open, it's a disgrace!
