This customer placed the order online themselves and completed the card and delivery address the wrong way around themselves. The shopping basket clearly indicates where the card address and delivery address (if different) should be inserted. We cannot be blamed for this customer's own error and acting on the customer's own information and instructions. The delivery problems were a direct consequence of the customer incorrectly giving their home address as the delivery location. Some people need to admit and be honest when they have made a mistake.
