I ordered a phone from their website on a new network from my previous contract. When the phone arrived it wasn't quite what I was hoping and the new networks signal strength was very poor (not phones4u's fault). I rang customer services and asked if I could return it and upgrade to a new phone on my current supplier. The guy on the end of the phone was so helpful. He sorted out a prepaid returns envelope and a new upgrade (which arrived the following day) and also got me a discount due to the poor performing first phone. The call quality was clear, and the guy was clearly from the UK which all in all made for a smooth experience. I wasn't expecting much from phones4u as I had heard bad things, but if my experience is anything to go by, I'd happily use them again.
