Useless and unhelpful!

I placed an order with new look on Tuesday 27th November for next day delivery. They emailed me Wednesday morning at 03:13 saying the parcel had been dispatched. I received nothing Wednesday like I should of assuming it is now in your hands. Then Thursday morning(yesterday) I received a text from you saying it would be delivered on the 29th, which was yesterday but with no 'hour slot' like you supposedly give. Then suprise suprise I wait in all day and nothing arrives. It is now Friday and I needed the item urgently for today at the very latest. I want an explanation as I am less than impressed and wasted 5 pounds on next day delivery!!

Hey Kim,

This is strange, according to our tracking system, the parcel was delivered and signed for at 11:50 on 28 Nov 2012. It was signed for by 'King', which was the name on the order that we received.

Can you please email us your contact phone number to socialmedia@dpd.co.uk so we can look into this further?
