I received a message on wednesday telling me that dpd was going to deliver my parcel the next day, and gave me alternative dates if this was not convenient. I replied, wanting to change the delivery date to the 3rd of december. I got a confirmation message saying the date had been changed to the third.
This morning, I received a message saying they were going to deliver it today, which is useless to me, and there is NO way to contact them regarding this, even though I shouldn't have to!
Why did you ignore the date change DPD?
