Excellent product but poor after sales experience

The experience and product itself was ok but I damaged a plinth whilst installing and wished I'd lied and said it was damaged in transit and they would probably have sent out the replacement item within days, as it was it has been over 6 weeks since the first call and I'm still waiting for delivery.
It took nearly 4 weeks to get the product on the system, when I phoned they advised they had it in stock but would need to get it put on system through IT so that it could be delivered. 4 weeks later and a few phone calls and it was on system, delivery was 30% of total. The delivery people dropped with a neighbour so I had no opportunity to check. When I did check the wrong size had been sent, a couple of photographs (to prove it was wrong length) and a couple of emails later they advised the product had been sent, 2 days later still waiting.....and wife asking why bathroom isn't finished........
