16lbs in the first 2 weeks. Boom! :)

Breakfast? Yes please, I'll have a tasty chocolate oat soft cookie that I have to hide from my fiancé cos they're so nice he steals them AND they keep you full up til lunch. Lunch? Anyone for sweet potato and coconut soup? I'm in! Yum! Dinner: paella - olé! Tasty, filling, snack (1 a day), 2 bits of fruit, dash some milk on your granola/porridge if you have that fer brekkie and fill yet boots on salad an veg. Havent felt hungry once. Food is nice - its interesting cos you can go a whole 2 weeks without having the same breakfast/lunch/dinner or snack twice.
16LBS IN 2 WEEKS AND COUNTING!
Best thing is, it doesn't feel like a diet. Change the name to PersonalChef ; )
