...in other words, nothing to complain about! That also means I've no experience with their after-sales representatives, but you can't fault a company for getting it right in one go. Five stars from me.
Unfortunately we had to return a recent purchase; throughout the process, we received prompt, courteous, and perfectly helpful emails from the team at Medscope. Based on our experience, I have no reservations to recommend them as a business partner.
On a slightly critical note, I should point out that the current webshop engine may not inform you if items are out of stock, so you may only find out about this after placing an order. That's perhaps a bit old-fashioned.
Before going with TransferWise, I compared several services. I found one other that was similarly affordable, called CurrencyFair, however they hide part of their fees in the exchange rate. So my recommendation goes to TransferWise, and after using them, I can also say that I'm very impressed with the speed of transfer: 11pm out of my euro account, available in my sterling account before 10am.
Finally, by way of a feature request (I hope TransferWise are reading too?), can we have a quick way to do recurrent payments? If possible, simply by putting some tag in the payment reference?
