received call from delivery company on 22-11-12 aranged fo delivery on 26-11-12
no delivery,phoned number sent by text that morning,was told better bathrooms had told them not to deliver and return goods to there depot on 23-11-12,nobody bothered to tell me
contacted customer services,they didnt know was going on,said they would call back in a minute, still waiting
contacted customer services again,said as no one knew what was going on or could be botherer to contact me i would cancel order,was told if i did they would charge me £35.95 for delivery[what delivery]was told whoever was dealing with it would phone me next morning 27-11-12
no call again,i rang delivery company to see if they knew what the problem was,was told goods were still in there depot and could deliver on28-11-12
again no delivery.rang them again and was told better bathrooms had again told them not to deliver
rang better bathrooms again,was told goods in depot were wrong order and they could get what i had orded to me on 29-11-12,told them not to bother and give me a refund,even then they had to check wether they were going to charge me delivery
so called outstanding customer services they have cost me two days waiting for delivery,the job the goods were for has cancelled[who can blame them] and as of yet no has ever contacted me,upto me to waste more time and money chasing them
as of today still no refund
business of the year,joke i suppose you live and learn,i wonder if they might contact me after reading this,i wont hold my breath
