Terrible 'Returns' service

Sizing is a real issue for customers buying on-line therefore a large percentage of clothes are returned for this reason. I think it highly unreasonable to expect the customer to pay for returns after they have usually paid delivery costs. Many organisations now offer Free Returns. Poor to say the least.
