After an initial problem with an item not being delivered on the scheduled date (Wednesday) I contacted Arrow social media team via email (found the email address on here) as the phone lines were busy. Arrow is a division of Yodel.
I really needed the item by this weekend. Lee returned my email straight away and said it would be looked into. I received a phone call from another team member who explained it had been miscommunication issue but they would endeavour to get the goods to me.
They managed to rearrange delivery and I received delivery today (Friday). The delivery men were on time and very helpful in carrying the heavy boxes to where I wanted them to be.
Thanks to Lee and the team for going out their way to rectify the problem and get my parcel here on time.
I ordered an oak dining set. Really pleased with it, lovely and sturdy. Very good price. Furn-On are a little let down by their courier as it took nearly 4 weeks for delivery. Furn-On stuck to their side by getting goods to the courier within the 14 days but the courier then took nearly 2 weeks to deliver it. To their credit, once I told Furn-On that I was disappointed with this, they did push the courier and kept me informed of progress. This is why I've only scored 4 stars, if delivery had been quicker it would have been 5. It's a shame as the furniture is great.
