I have been trying to contact Scottish Power for more than ONE MONTH to finalise my LEAVING their so-called 'service' - and tying up my final meter readings , accounts etc.
I have emailed them four times- no response
I have dialled 'Customer Services' SIX times and waited for more than 30 minutes each time - NEVER GOT TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING
They have many different numbers but they all patch through to ONE recorded voice and phone tree. You can stay there until you are a skeleton on the end of the phone but you will NEVER get to speak to a human being.
They should all be made to read FRANZ KAFKA because their so called 'service' is pure Kafka - from The Castle.
