I won't swear

I wish I'd never ordered of these I pre ordered 2nd Oct tried to upgrade to bundle they cancelled my order then told me bundles where out of stock and they would un cancel my order which they didn't I was notified on 14th dec it was cancelled so had to re order again got a letter saying it will be delivered for Christmas. Now the 27th dec it's still not here and they don't reply to messages etc useless company full of lies and terrible customer service phone number cost a lot and you get no where just lies. Will be going trading standards if it takes any longer please don't order anything for presents of these they ruined my Christmas.

I'm sorry to hear of the problems you've had with your PS4 order, unfortunately as mentioned in conversations with you on Twitter and Facebook in December we cannot look into this matter for you as you are not the account holder. We mentioned that if your parents contacted us we would be able to look into the matter in more detail for them.

Halfords

Strange

I went for a radio removal key which was priced at £1 online so thought I'll go get two.I was told they don't sell them and they may have been stolen :s so I left went next door reserved them online on phone went back in and was given a packet of 2 which are priced at £6. Then I reserved a car radio the text said wait one hour which I did went into the store they had none in stock even tho online said they did I was told the one in stock was a faulty return. Got home recieved a message saying radio is ready to be picked up. I rang them up and was told a staff member had drove to another halfords for it which is going beyond helpfull :). although it says it will fit my car online I didn't pay for fitting but can't seem to get it to work I hope I wasn't just sold the faulty unit they mentioned. I shall be going in hopefully soon to pay for it to be fitted. Thanks random Wigan employee for picking it up for me.

Excellent service awesome game

Delivered on day of release completed in two days traded in towards another game and only had to pay a couple of pound. Really good game really funny. Would of been better with online multiplayer as well as co op
