Ordered The wrong colour initially. After a quick email to a customer service representative I was informed that the colour had been rectified. There was then a short period before the item was dispatched which was a 24-hour delivery. The tracking system was excellent and I can see where the item was and estimate how long it would take to get to me. All very important when you have a Christmas gift that you want to keep a surprise.
