I live on the 6th floor of the apartment and have been waiting for the parcel whole day. Intercom working perfectly OK, never got a call. Driver enters the building and drops a letter in the letter box. If he could enter the building could he not come to the sixth floor and deliver it? Never had this problem with any other couriers.
Got an immediate response to this post. My intercom did ring this time and the parcel was delivered to the door. Though it would have been better if it was delivered the first time around, i appreciate the quick action by DPD customer care and hence changing the rating from 1 to 3.
