I had a phone call saying my item WAS in stock after all and they had made a mistake, I would receive my item by last Thursday (fair enough). Last Thursday came and went, it is now Saturday and still no item, the DPD tracking link you sent me places the item in Oldbury, ie STILL not out for delivery. No doubt you will blame DPD, well they are your courier - use someone else! Still not good enough I'm afraid and I can see from other reviews I'm not the only one either..................
