When the initial order arrived one of the internal bins was cracked - it probably left the factory like that. A quick e-mail to Britishbins and a replacement bin was delivered in 36 hours. Only trouble, it was the wrong size! A quick 'phone call now and next day the wrong bin was collected. Two days later the right bin was delivered. All this was done willingly, efficiently, at no cost to myself and with apologies for the problems. So all in all, very good service and I would use the company again. I wish I could have given them 5 stars.
