This firm appears efficient - email giving date of delivery the day before, email 1 hour time slot on the day. My time slot was 10.55 to 11.55: it is now 2.55. Tracking shows parcel is out for delivery. I have to go out at 4.30 and there seems to be no way of finding out when of if the parcel will be delivered today. It is disgraceful that DPD do not provide a phone number to resolve queries of this nature but are apparently able to reply swiftly with over-familiar messages to 'reviews' on this website.
