I was relatively pleased with my first purchase - a purple solar light.
Although the delivery was a little slow (and I had no idea I had to collect from the local sorting office) the light certainly looked the part, and I was happy handing this over as a gift.
I also purchased it from a daily deals website and was happy with the price.
However, my second light - an amber solar light was a different story. There were a number of issues with this order.
(i) The light was white rather than amber.
(ii) the light itself was stained with melted glue.
(iii) The cork was broken.
(iv) the string for hanging the bottle was loose.
I also had to collect this item from my sorting office rather, having had no idea it had been delivered.
I notified Festive Lights about the problems and never heard back for over 2 months.
Eventually i made contact and to be fair, the service - and ease of return - at this stage were excellent. However once again I received a white light rather than amber when it was re-sent in the post.
With Christmas coming, and no further problems with the light (apart from colour) i decided I had had enough and gave what I had as a gift.
Overall, I must say this was a disappointing experience.

There are so many options for flights and accommodation that it is almost impossible not to find the perfect holiday.
