Well the BestPet website seems to have problems which starts you off not feeling very confident in an order. The two times I have tried to order on-line there have technical difficulties with baskets emptying themselves and payment processing problems resulting in duplicate orders. I ended up having to ring the orderline to actually process the order, delete the duplicate and accept payment. I must say that the customer services rep did resolve this issue very quickly but it has put me off ordering online. Also, Yodel aren't the fastest courier around and I don't really like the fact that they leave your parcels outside your house if you are not in. If BestPet wanted me to to recommend them to any friends they would need to sort out their website and change to a different courier.
