Was very pleased with service and product, fantastic product for the price I paid.

It arrived within the average time and I live in Ireland so I was very pleased. The product itself is a wonder to work with. No hardware issues and the start up was great, was working on it within hours of its arrival. My one hiccup is two minor problems, the touchpad repeatedly turns on auto-scroll when I didn't initiate it, can be very annoying when trying to do even simple tasks. The second is that the audio coming from the audio jack seems to be of poor quality, at first I thought it was my headphones but I tried with another pair and had the same problem. I don't think it is the number of bits used or the frequency as I used an audio equalizer to tune in the specs, being an engineer I thought it would be an easy fix but the background "white" noise is still present, very annoying for watching movies or programs with. Apart from these two problems the system is a beauty, fast, powerful and easy to work with.
