viagogo charges a 15% service fee on top of the ticket price. This service fee covers our Ticket Guarantee and Customer Service Support.

Our Ticket Guarantee is that all buyers are guaranteed to get the tickets they paid for in time for the event. In the rare instance that a problem arises, viagogo will provide similar or better tickets, or in the worst case a full refund. We do this by monitoring all transactions to ensure that sellers deliver, finding replacement tickets where any seller fails to delivery, and only paying sellers once the buyer has attended the event.

In addition, viagogo charges a fee for the delivery of tickets. The delivery fee varies depending on the locations of both the buyer and the seller and how the tickets are delivered.

In order to guarantee on time delivery, we only work with the world's fastest and most reliable courier services like UPS. As soon as the tickets become available, we schedule a courier to collect your tickets from the seller and deliver them directly to you. Once your tickets are on route, we will provide you real time tracking of the location of your tickets. Courier delivery is more expensive than traditional postal services. However, by using more reliable and faster courier services, we are able to provide a better service to our customers.

viagogo also charges Value Added Tax (VAT), which is a percentage based on the delivery fee and the service fee; we do not charge VAT on the ticket price.
