Efficient and enthusiastic with very good after sales support

Having bought a Cello Traveller 19" TV plus a crank-up satellite dish for our trusty Motorhome, I was very careful to follow the fitting instructions to the millimetre and think this paid off as it works smoothly as well as being easy to point in the right direction with the help of a phone app. We live in the north of Scotland and it works perfectly, provided a beautiful mountain is not in the way. The Cello TV is a great product but unfortunately, the one delivered to us developed a picture fault, ie a permanent thin line right down the screen, which was irritating to say the least. ACDCTV gave me the number for Cello support and all seemed well when collection for the faulty set was arranged. However, I waited 2 weeks and each time I contacted Cello, they had no answer for when the set would be replaced. Eventually I contacted ACDCTV and they were extremely helpful as well as being somewhat annoyed with Cello service, and arranged the delivery of a new TV immediately. Thanks to ACDCTV, our Motorhome outings are now a scene of relaxation and joy, glass in hand, telly on.

Hi, we are sorry in this case Cello did not have a TV to replace your faulty one, they simply had no stock of them. In this case of course we are more than happy to replace the TV ourselves so you can enjoy your holiday!
