I was advised by a friend to purchase the Paris Museum Pass in order to save on entrance fees and avoid standing in lines. (THIS pass, by the way, is a gem.) I incorrectly assumed that a similar pass would be helpful in London and purchased The London Pass for all five members of my family. As it turned out, virtually every place we chose to visit in London was free of charge (with the exception of the London Eye, which is not included in the pass anyway). The London Pass is appropriate only for those who are staying in London for an extended period of time and who enjoy visiting obscure, artsy places.

Thanks for your review - sorry you did not enjoy your time with the London Pass.
Whilst there are a lot of free museums and sights in London there are a lot that require payment, we include over 60 paid entry attractions on the pass including Westminster Abbey, St Paul's, Tower Bridge, London Zoo and many more.
We also offer the opportunity for free audio guides and entrance to special charging exhibitions in the free museums and sights you describe.
Kind Regards.
