appaling customer services

no confirmation email! called 3 days later to be told they had been dispatched saturday morning and would be here monday! after waiting 2 days for them to turn up called again to be told they were dispatched monday afternoon would not recommend and would not use again!

Hello Caroline,

I have taken a look into your customer account. If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail, do know that this information can also be found by logging into your customer account under "My Orders" and "My Latest Order" where you will also be able to find a link to a printable invoice!

You had opted for our free delivery, which we allow a maximum of 6 business days for parcels to arrive after despatch. Your order was placed on the 23rd November, and shipped out on the 26th November, thus taking only one business day to be shipped out after having been prepared in our warehouse. Your parcel tracking shows that your parcel was delivered on the 29th November, only 3 business days after despatch, therefore arriving well on time.
