Computer was dispatched as promised within 3 days. The graphics card was faulty so I sent it back. They then delivered it back to me. I turn the computer on excited that I can now use it ( after paying near 100 pounds for the 3 day dispatch).. Login. Can't connect to the Internet.. Network adapter issues. I call customer service they tell me to redownload all the drivers. Nothing. I call back again they tell me that it should be working because they check this before it leaves them. Thanks for the info but it still isn't working. They said they would try get someone from Asus to phone me that day. Stayed in all day, no phone call. I've lost 100 pounds and a month on the warranty and the computer still doesn't do what I bought it for :/ hopefully sending it back for the Second time will solve the problem. I originally wrote a 5 star review when I sent it back the first time because the graphics card fault was something that wasn't 100% pcspeciallists error but its getting a bit beyond a joke now.. Still waiting for the thumb drive too.. Happy days!
