went to buy a sofa and got told they don't keep swatches because people steal them!! And there was no apology, just well you can order them online. surely you can just store them in a safe place, isn't it the point of going into the store that you can try before you buy. And really unapologetic about it too so bad customer service for a flag ship store. Not impressed.
