A driver collected two international parcels paid for through P2G. These were addressed correctly, however the driver put the shipping address labels used by the courier company on the wrong parcels. These were consequently mixed up and delivered to the wrong people. Live chat were contacted immediately and I was told that the monetary loss would be covered by P2G's insurance. This proved to be UNTRUE as the company would not even allow a claim. After months of MULTIPLE ongoing emails from myself they stopped replying altogether with no compensation at all. At one stage they told me that a parcel was being returned which was a COMPLETE LIE !! This has been the worst customer experience I have ever received and I have already advised my friends NEVER TO USE P2G. The lack of service and intentional disregard is completely unacceptable. To receive poor service is one thing, but to be lied to with regards to resolving an issue when there is no intention at all is unbelievable. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - PARCEL2GO.
