Time Wasters

Just wasted a days leave waiting on City Link delivering my parcel. Repeatedly checked the tracking service and it stated goods have been loaded onto a van for delivery today. Website and phoneline both said expected delivery between 7.30 and 17.30 but website did also say extended christmas operation until 21.00. Come 7 o'clock was on hold trying to find out what was going on, finally got through to be told they had the same info as me adn when they tried to ring the depot they where cut off. Tried again half an hour later and was told they couldn't get through to the depot either and the chances where it wasn't being delivered but might was always a chance so to give it to 21.00. Well 21.00 has been and long gone and still no parcel. Said they will redeliver on Monday but I have work so that should be interesting. Guess I'll be making the drive from Coleraine to the Depot to collect my parcel as the deliver company can't do it's job. Really unimpressed.
