Did not receive a redeem notice yet my account had been debited. Tried calling Wowcher this morning to be answered by a person reeling off 'Terms and Conditions' . Be warned, if you don't receive anything within 7 days contact them or they will debit your account and there is no hope of a refund or replacement voucher. How about that for service? Totally ruthless!
The web-site is extremely comprehensive and user friendly, all the information I needed to know about the plants I wanted is easy to find. Placing the order was straightforward and I was amazed to get my violets the next day, wrapped and boxed carefully. I will definitely be using Grove Nurseries in the future.
