I didn't need the insurance for cdw for my rental car, luckily, but comprehensive coverage and clear insurance policy. Would use this company again.
Crap customer service and delivery! I ordered flowers from the UK to be delivered to my sister in NZ on her birthday, as I knew she was about to go into hospital the next day. Their so called 'track via the web service' doesn't work for international deliveries. I had to email twice to check if the flowers were delivered on the specified date. Finally I had one email reply to say they were due to be delivered that day in the UK (which is a day LATER in NZ due to the time difference). I still wasn't sure when or of they had been delivered. I sent emails and had online 'live chats' with people who promised to get back to me but they didn't bother. I eventually rang their UK number to ask if and when the flowers were delivered. Finally I then got a return call to say the flowers were left on the doorstep at 5.45 pm. When I asked her what ACTUAL day that was, the caller didn't know and said she would let me know. I am still waiting for an accurate reply a week after the date they were meant to be delivered. I am guessing it was at least a day later than I asked for. I can't ask my sister, as she is now in hospital for a while. I am still waiting for a response.
Waste of my money for expensive flowers to be delivered on a specific day, lousy customer service and an inability of i-florist not only to accurately track international ordersbut to respond to customer enquiries. DON'T USE I-FLORIST!
Google a local florist instead, and place an order with them. Seems to be cheaper and at least you can actually talk to a local florist directly on the phone or via email to see what's happened to your order. UPDATE: Following my review on here, I was later emailed by i-florist who promised a full refund within 3-5 working days and also that a free bunch of flowers would be delivered to a recipiant of my choice. The flowers were delivered in the UK today and seemed fine to the recipiant. So thank you for that i-florist: the subsequent reply and response are very much appreciated. Just a shame that the original flower order wasn't delivered on time and your customer service team let you down when I followed the order up. But I do appreciate the apology and amends. Thank you.
