I placed my order on a Monday, knowing that the tv I wanted was a special order item and would take 3 to 5 days for prc to get it from the manufacturers. I had a phone call on the wednesday from prc who had contacted the manufacturers and been told that it couldn't be supplied for 3 to 4 weeks. prc offered me an upgraded alternative at a discounted price. I had a think about it, phoned them at 9am on thursday to accept and tv was in my lounge by 8am the following day. How can you beat that!
