Missguided

never again... regretable service

I ordered a coat for a night out. I ordered at 7.45pm on thursday evening in order to get next day delivery. My night out is tonight (saturday) so i thought it would most definately be here. I looked and the dx website and expected delivery isnt until monday. No good to me. Infact totally wrong of missguided to advertise next day delivery and hardly ever follow through with this claim. Infact most peoples comments state they did not recieve next day delivery. Watchdog should and will be approached about your company and your misadvertisement of a service you hardly every provide. I also see you do free saturday delivery, so why my parcel isnt coming until monday i have no idea. I have emailed misguided twice with no response. Abismal service. Rubbish company which i will never use again.

Hi Carly,

Unfortunately due to the weather our courier has experienced a few delays with deliveries.

I apologise for the delay with customer care response times, they are currently working through a backlog of emails which they are working to complete as quickly and efficiently as possible.
