I have my Christmas work do.. TONIGHT! And needed some new shoes but while in town I found nothing! So I decided to look on Missguided. I found a pair and ordered them. In order for them to come in time I paid for next day delivery. I put this order through at midday on Thursday 29th. Paid with PayPal and received a confirmation. Well, my shoes still haven't arrived and I am extremely upset and annoyed! I emailed Missguided customer service and surprise surprise no reply! I now realise why they don't have a contact number as there customer service is so poor! If I do not receive my shoes today then I expect a refund for the delivery cost. Unimpressed.
