Well, what can I say - I ordered several home goods from Very and was informed of the delivery dates. I then received three emails stating 'Good News your items are on the way'...erm well if they are I have still not received them. Looking at the tracking system I have been informed that they were 'delivered but the customer unable to sign..' what does that mean?? When I called to query this, the clerk at the other end of the telephone said that he had never seen 'anything like it' - I was not quite sure what he meant by that - but he said that I should wait another 10 days before querying again (if they had not been received0. He did say that he was going to 'try and contact' the courier company. WELL - I have still not received my goods but have been asked to review them.....I once was a happy VERY customer but am now having doubts about their customer service.
