Hi. I recently discovered Natures best (June).
The product I use is Glucosamine and Chondroitin for my sore hip ( I cant spell Arthritis).
Prior to using it I spoke to my GP. His Surgery had conducted trials on the product and he stated it was a fantastic product and the results were very promising. However, as it was so expensive his practice would not issue the product on prescription. Approx £15 for 24 tablets.
Therefore,I was more than pleased to find Natures best supply the product at a fantastic price.
Initially I use two tablets daily. After about two months I noticed a slight improvement. This prompted me to up the dose to three tablets. There was a noticable benifit. The dose is also supplemented with a one a day Cod Liver oil capsule.
I also do exercise stretching etc. This must also influence the results.
My latest batch has just arrived so on completion I will have been using the product for 9 months. Lets see how I am doing then ?
