The information on the website was clear- about the product and the delivery arrangements.
The package arrived very quickly and there were no nasty surprises.
In fact I am very pleased with it- just what I wanted, a strong front light using normal AA batteries.
I had used this company before- on that occasion the product turned out not to be suitable (sizing is always an issue when buying clothing from any source on line); the return and refund were dealt with admirably.
