I have been in dispute with Aquabliss since mid October 2012, over a shower tray which arrived damaged/faulty.
The MD in person refuses to send someone to inspect it, saying I must pay the postage to return it (40kg). This is not in line with consumer law. So far he has refused Mastercard's Chargeback approach, and the matter is now with the Financial Ombudsman.
This is the worst firm I have ever dealt with in my long life.
