I had troubles with a graphics card I ordered so I had to send it back, whilst I was waiting for a refund I ordered another card. When I received it the card was a slightly lesser card than the one I ordered and paid for. Not by much but the price difference was £40.
Overclockers offerd me a full refund, the £40 refunded or a couple if steam codes. I asked for the steam codes for two upcoming games which in total are worth £60 so I am more than happy. The graphics card I have is in fantastic condition even though it is a b grade and my problem was all sorted within a day.
I am more than happy!
The first time my package was sent out it went missing so it took two phone calls to arrange for my goods to be sent out again. I received a phone call saying some of the items I wanted were now out of stock. I was told they could increase my mag float to the larger one as the medium was out of stock and the veggie flakes in the large I wanted would need to be reduced to a smaller size due to the bigger tub being out of stock, I was actually fine with this as it was a fair trade off. I was also told they would throw a couple of magazines in for my troubles.
Upon receiving my order I found that the mag float was not only a different brand (Marina) but it was also still only a medium. I specifically wanted the mag float brand. Also the magazines I received were shoddy. One was 6 months old with its front cover ripped off and the other was a free magazine insert for setting up a marine tank. They also added 2 packets of tropical grazers even though my tank is marine.
Overall I paid £34 for my goods but the goods I received (without the poor magazines and tropical grazers which I wasn't bothered about) totalled around £28. So I didn't get the actual goods I wanted, my scraper wasn't the brand I wanted or the size I was told I would get and the free additions for my trouble were of no use. I feel short changed and annoyed at the wrong product received.
