Old fashioned service with 21st century convenience!

What a joy! In less than 24 hours I had clicked online and received my goods.
The polite delivery man brought my, rather large, box into the house for me. Opening it was like Christmas morning. The care that had been taken to ensure my crystal glasses arrived intact was amazing! Bubble wrapped individually in their boxes; presentation boxes overwrapped in bubble wrap; three sizes of plastic air cushions and even more bubble wrap... all duly recycled! Not a chip in site.
And... a charming postcard with a personal message!
Customer service is not dead! It is alive and kicking at Havens!
