I have been waiting for a delivery all day and now their tracking page says that they have tried to deliver 3 times! Oh yeah? No cards have been left for any of the three tries and someone has been in all day for at least the last two days! They wont speak to me about it as I didn't send the parcel despite being able to give them the tracking number etc. Complete rubbish - Retailers please don't use MyHermes if you value your customers.
