DELIVERYYYYYY
Thought I was getting a bargain buying a pair of Uggs through cloggs, really needed them for today so ordered before 4pm yesterday, and was told they were dispatched this morning for delivery when I tracked my parcel. They are no where to be seen and I am fuming. What kind of scam delivery option have you given me, would have ordered them with free delivery if I had known. Let's hope they turn up on monday or fuming won't be the word for it!

Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the disappointment caused. I fear that you have misunderstood our Delivery options.
From looking at your account I can see that you chose our Next Day delivery, this is a working day service. As a result you can expect delivery to arrive today (Monday).
For future reference, we do offer a Saturday delivery option, however this must be chosen at Checkout.
Once again, please accept my apologies for the disappointment caused. I am confident that you will be happy with your order when it arrives today.
