Hi there ordered my I pad on Sunday had a delivery slot for Tuesday no sign of I pad Tuesday so phoned customer service who didn't really know what they were talking about at all and fobbed me off saying it should arrive on Wednesday waited in all day for it to be told it should come on Thursday! No sign of I pad on Thursday and I had completely had enough of being told lies by this time by your customer service team as they didn't know what was happening any how I spoke to a lady called Hasaga she was very kind and said it may take up to two weeks for it to arrive now! So I said why couldn't someone say this on Tuesday! She advised me to ring back if I hadn't received it by the 5th December luckily it arrived on sat morning! I wouldn't have mind been told the truth on Tuesday instead of being fobbed off! That's why your customer service is 1star!
