Not a particularly good experience so far.
Web site is very good especially the computer scan to identify the correct memory spec. I have been disappointed so far however because my order seems to have got held up in the Warehouse/ Despatch dept. communication is non existent.

Thanks for your review. We've now looked into your order - this was placed last Monday 26th November, and was in fact shipped out on 26th November, however the automated e-mail confirming dispatch does not appear to have been sent - many apologies for this. You selected 'standard delivery' to Spain & I would therefore expect your order to be delivered within the next few days.
You should have received 3 e-mails relating to your order - one confirming the original order, one confirming that your order had been processed, and one confirming dispatch. Apologies if you've been left with the impression that communication was non-existent - this is certainly not normally the case!
