I found a sweater I really liked in a women's clothing store in San Francisco. I tried it on but it was too big and it was the last one they had. The woman who works in the store wrote down the brand and style for me. When I got home I looked for it online and I found it at Jules B. in my size and for less money. I ordered it immediately (this was on a Friday evening) and received an email response that I would receive it within 2-5 business days. I received the sweater the following Wednesday, beautifully packaged and it is exactly the same sweater I tried on in the store and in right size. I can't think of any way to improve my experience.
